How to Deflicker a Time-lapse Video

Time-lapse is not as easy as it looks. Sure, all you have to do is mount a camera on a stand and let it periodically shoot photos, but to have a polished, final product without any noticeable errors is quite difficult. Clouds can create shadows that throw off the camera’s settings (if the camera is not set to manual) and result in a very noticeable flicker. Although fixing flicker in a time-lapse sequence is not difficult, there are several steps in several different programs that must be taken in order to create the quintessential time-lapse.
